Six Silver Bay Seafoods processing plant workers in the Naknek region of Bristol Bay have tested positive for the coronavirus over the last two weeks, bringing the case total in the area to over two dozen in a matter of days.
Abby Fredrick, external affairs liaison with Silver Bay, told IntraFish the workers were tested as a result of the company's testing and screening program, which "goes above and beyond state mandates."
