Russian Fishery Company, one of the country’s largest producers of whitefish, has acquired a new pollock processing factory under construction near Vladivostock.
The company acquired a remaining 35 percent share from DV Invest, making it the sole owner.
“The Group consolidated a 100 percent stake in the authorized capital of the Russian Pollock LLC,” Evgeniya Tsymbal, spokeswoman for Russian Fishery Company, told IntraFish.
