A management shakeup at Golden Harvest Alaska Seafood has resulted in the temporary closure of the company's plant in remote Adak, Alaska.
A source familiar with the situation confirmed with IntraFish the plant is currently closed and will remain so until a restructuring of the company's management team can be completed.
It is unclear whether the plant will open in time to process golden king crab when the season begins in early August.
