Leroy Seafood Group has initiated a range of production and marketing measures to improve earnings from its land-based processing operations. This comes after a "challenging year" for the onshore whitefish processing industry in Norway.
The company is pinning its faith on specialization, with investments made in a fish processing factory in Stamsund and an upgrade to its filleting plant in Melbu, both in Norway.
