Norwegian biotech company Hofseth BioCareis buying a 34 percent stake in Hong Kong and China-based finished products distributor Atlantic Delights for $700,000 (€591,589).
Atlantic Delights markets and distributes dietary supplements and nutritional products based on marine ingredients in the Asia-Pacific region, including China.
With its new stake, Hofseth Biocare will obtain an import and distribution license in China that would otherwise be very difficult to attain.
