German frozen seafood giant Frosta has reached an agreement with workers in Bremerhaven who went on strike earlier this month demanding better pay conditions.

The company was given until June 21 to come up with a better offer face the possibility of further work stoppages.

Germany's Food-Enjoyment-Restaurants Union, Gewerkschaft Nahrung-Genuss-Gaststatten (NGG), called for the action, which took place over three days at the start of June and forced production at the group's Bremerhaven plant to temporarily grind to a halt.
