Danish frozen fish giant Espersen was forced to temporarily close its plant in Hasle, Bornholm on Wednesday, after one of its employees contracted COVID-19.
The fish factory, which among other things supplies fish products to McDonald's throughout Europe, is expected to remain closed until Monday Sept. 14, and all 37 employees have been sent home.
They must be tested twice with negative results before they can return again.
