Espersen seeing ‘high degree of acceptance’ from customers as whitefish prices surge

Whitefish have become expensive, but they aren't salmon expensive, the CEO of the group says.

'It is easier to go through with price increase when you ask for 20 percent then when you ask for 2 percent, because that we can take ourselves,' said Klaus Nielsen, CEO, Espersen Group.
