Australis Seafoods has joined the list of Chilean salmon producers to have their products banned from the Russian market, Diario Financeiro reports.
The latest ban, following a similar sanction imposed on Camanchaca last week, is on the agenda of Alicia Gallardo, head of Chile's National Fisheries and Aquaculture Service (Sernapesca), who is in Moscow this week as part of a diplomatic effort to lift restrictions on Chilean salmon entering the Russian market.
