‘We get a kick out of new business’: Ireland’s seafood industry looks outward to new markets

With shiny new plants in operation, family-run processors are looking at boosting exports and M&A opportunities while wrestling with succession planning. Funding is available, meanwhile, for pioneers in aqua-tech.
