Norwegian salmon prices have sunk to their lowest level yet this year as several countries in Europe renew coronavirus lockdowns, according to several industry players.
"Now it's demanding," one exporter told IntraFish. "Society is being shut down more and more in several countries."
He said salmon prices are falling further compared with last Friday as a result.
"And there are a lot of big fish -- we hear that the largest fish, the 6+, is traded for less than NOK 40 (€3.70/$4.30)
