Norwegian salmon prices have increased again, and exporters and traders are trying to "squeeze the last drop" out of the market before Christmas. Prices are up roughly NOK 5 (€0.49/$0.55) from last Friday. "There is psychology in the market. Week 50 should always be so good, but at the same time we know that a lot more fish will be picked up next week. We'll see how long the prices stay. In week 51, it tends to calm down sharply," one exporter told IntraFish.
