Prices for fresh Norwegian salmon with delivery next week are either little changed or slightly down compared with Friday last week, as volumes are expected to be buoyant, according to industry players.
“The prices of the smallest fish are quite similar, while the largest weight classes have fallen slightly from last Friday,” one exporter told IntraFish.
"Throughout the week it fell more, so we've gone a little up from the levels seen on Tuesday and Wednesday this week.”
By lunchtime, the exporter had traded at prices of around NOK 53 (€5.50/$6.20)
