Norwegian salmon market sources are expecting to see lower prices this week in a quiet market where several deals remained to be concluded as of Friday afternoon.
"Prices are down NOK 3 (€0.28/$0.32) to NOK 4 (€0.37/$0.42) is my impression," an exporter told IntraFish. For fish over six kilos, prices remain fairly stable.
"It seems there are some fish left in Oslo that have not been sold yet.
