Norwegian salmon prices continued to move higher this week with fewer fish available for sale.
Last week the market saw a small increase in salmon prices with numbers between NOK53-65 (€5.13-6.29/$6.08-7.46)/kg cited by various sources, particularly for smaller sizes.
The week was marked by ongoing price gaps and a certain level of early processing of ISA fish. Consequently, salmon prices are rising by NOK 2-3 (€0.19-0.29/$0.23-0.34)/kg.
