Norwegian salmon prices have edged lower again amid tepid demand after breaking a losing streak last week.
Some buyers are trying unsuccessfully to knock prices down by as much as NOK 2 (€0.19/$0.23) but sales have been more in the region of NOK 1 (€0.09/$0.11) lower than last week, a producer told IntraFish Friday afternoon.
"There is probably a sharp decline in volume to China, where several cities are now closing down as a result of new cases of infection.
