Norwegian salmon prices slightly increased, less than 1 percent week-on-week, up NOK 0.57 (€0.06/$0.07) per kilo, according to Nasdaq.
Average prices during week 16 were NOK 65.03 (€6.96/$7.59) per kilo, or 2.22 percent higher than prices seen four weeks earlier. However, prices were still NOK 5.53 (€0.59/$0.65) or 7.84 percent less than 12 weeks ago.
The most popular sizes, with 27.3 percent of the market share, was the weight class 4-5 kg, which sold at an average NOK 65.52 (€7.01/$7.64) per kilo, up by NOK 0.82
