Spot prices for farmed Norwegian salmon ended 2019 at a new high for the year. Prices for fish sizes 3 to 6 kilograms increased by 4 percent, week-on-week, according to latest Fish Pool Index figures.
Prices came in at NOK 77.95 (€7.90/$8.82) in week 52.
Salmon volumes decreased by 5% compared to the same week last year.
