Spot prices for farmed Norwegian salmon bumped up in week 51. Prices for fish sizes 3-6 kilograms increased by 8 percent, week-on-week, according to latest Fish Pool Index figures.
Prices came in at NOK 74.96 (€7.62/$8.53) in week 51. Compared to two weeks prior, that's a 21 percent increase.
Salmon volumes decreased by 10 percent compared to the previous week.
