Prices for Chilean salmon headed into the United States and China saw a slight increase in week 10, while prices for Chilean salmon heading to Brazil saw a slight drop, according to the latest numbers from DataSalmon.
Average wholesale prices for D trim Atlantic salmon shipped from Chile into the United States climbed by $0.06 (€0.05) in week 10, to $5.16 (€4.50) per pound.
Similarly, the average prices for head-on Atlantic salmon size 6 kilograms and above headed into China increased by $0.08
