Prices for fresh D-trim fillets of Chilean salmon into the US market dipped nearly imperceptibly in week 48, according to market analyst DataSalmon, but prices remain well above levels for the same week last year.
Prices for fresh fillets fell by $0.02 (€0.02) per pound over the week, to $5.11 (€4.50) per pound.
Prices have held relatively steady since around week 31 this year, but remain well above last year.
