Grimsby, UK-based Wildwaters Seafood has appointed former Espersen fresh whitefish buyer Mike Hodds as procurement director.
The executive has extensive seafood industry experience stretching back to the late 1980s at Bluecrest Foods in Grimsby.
His career includes stops at Icelandic Seachill, where he worked as procurement director, as well as Pickenpack in Germany from 2014-2016.
Hodds, who sourced multiple fish species in number of overseas markets, owned his own business for five years between 2009 and 2014.
