You might say fish is part of Martin Exel's DNA.

If you can't find him out on the Derwent estuary or in Tasmania's highlands casting a line for rainbow trout or bream, he will probably be corralling the CEOs of world's largest seafood companies in his role as CEO of the Seafood Business for Ocean Stewardship (SeaBOS).

The organization, launched in 2016, brings together top executives from a stunningly diverse set of seafood companies, including Maruha Nichiro, Nissui, Thai Union, Mowi, Dongwon Industries, Cermaq, Cargill Aqua Nutrition, Nutreco/Skretting, CP Foods and Kyokuyo.
