Joerg Ayrle will resign from his position as group chief finance office of Thai Union on Feb. 1, seven years after he took the post.
Ludovic Garnier, head of group accounting and control will perform as acting CFO until the Securities and Exchange Commission's training requirement for CFO qualification has been completed, said the company in an announcement to the Bangkok Stock Exchange.
