Thai Union North America has appointed Blake Stok as director of sustainability.

In his new role, Stok will work with Thai Union's Chicken of the Sea Frozen Foods and Chicken of the Sea International divisions.

He also joins Thai Union’s global sustainability team, coordinating with colleagues in Europe and Bangkok to execute the company's "SeaChange" sustainability strategy.

Stok moves to Thai Union after four years a Fair Trade USA, where he was senior program and partnership manager for seafood, having previously worked as aquaculture manager and strategic partnership lead.
