Vigo-based Grupo Profand, one of Spain's largest seafood companies and the owner of Stavis Seafoods in the United States, has appointed Gonzalo Campos as its new retail director in the US.
Previously the seafood sector leader for global packaging solutions company SealedAir Packaging – where he has been for almost 15 years – Campos took up his new role this month and will be relocating to Boston from Barcelona in Spain.
Prior to joining SealedAir in 2007, Campos was a seafood buyer, sales manager, and executive chef at US-based Tri-Coast Seafood for five years.
