Seattle Fish Company & Gourmet Provisions has hired Chris Franklin as its new director of operations.

In his role as director of operations, Franklin works closely with the managers and supervisors in many departments, including transportation, production, receiving, quality assurance, food safety and facilities and logistics.

He has previously worked for 15 years as store director with US retailer Trader Joe’s and has also worked for Colorado-based e-commerce platform Pinemelon and My Heritage Foods.
