Salmon farmer Scottish Sea Farms hired Anne Anderson for the newly created role of head of sustainability and development, effective Mar. 29.

Anderson's first priority is to bring Scottish Sea Farm's various sustainability workstreams into one strategy, as well as ensuring resources are directed where they will have the biggest benefit to Scotland's net-zero ambitions.

In her most recent role, Anderson worked with the trade association Scottish Salmon Producers Organization (SSPO) as sustainability director. Prior to that, she was chief officer of compliance and beyond at environmental regulator Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA).
