Peter Pan Seafood Company has hired another former employee of Silver Bay Seafoods as part of an ongoing restructuring at the company.
Shannon Grant, who prior to joining Peter Pan worked with Alaska's Silver Bay Seafoods as its human resources director, is now serving in the same role for Peter Pan as of March, according to her LinkedIn. She also served as a recruiter for US pollock giant American Seafoods from 2005 to 2008.
