Celos Lopez, longtime chief financial officer of California-based Mexican shrimp importer Ocean Garden Products, has been named the company's new CEO, he confirmed with IntraFish Monday.
Lopez has worked for the company since 2004. He started as a business intelligence manager, and has also served as its chief operating officer and assistant vice president.
Lance Leonard, who has been with Ocean Garden as its CEO since 2016, has moved onto the company's board of directors, and will continue to handle special projects for the company.
