Nueva Pescanova Group has appointed Alfonso Gordon Garcia-Salcedo as human resources director and as a member of the company's executive committee.
Garcia-Salcedo who will report to CEO Ignacio Gonzalez has more than 25 years in HR management, both in family businesses and in listed organizations.
He has led management processes related to organizational change and cultural transformation and carried out business-oriented digitalization and strategic planning projects.
Most recently Garcia-Salcedo was director of human resources, organization and general services at construction engineering firm Duro Felguera.
From 2015 to 2018, he worked for construction and engineering multinational Obrascon Huarte Lain (OHL) Group as director of human resources and organization, where he sat on the management committee.
