Norwegian land-based salmon farming company Salmon Evolution has named former Hofseth International executive Trond Hakon Schaug Pettersen as its new CFO, a position that has been vacant since June.

Pettersen served as senior vice president of finance and business development at Norwegian biotechnology firm Hofseth since 2016.

He also served as a corporate financier at First Securities, Swedbank for just under a decade.
