Oslo-listed Norway Royal Salmon CEO Charles Hostlund pocketed a total of NOK 11.8 million (€1 million/$1.1 million) in compensation in 2019, which includes a base salary, bonus and share-based payments.

The year prior, the CEO earned NOK 9.2 million (€824,000/$894,000), which is about 23 percent less than 2019.

There is a large gap in salary packages between Hostlund and other senior executives at Norway Royal Salmon, mainly due to the difference in share-based payments.
