Food safety executive Scott Nolan has joined Mowi Scotland to serve as its processing development manager.
Nolan previously served as the managing director of the Australia-based food safety consultancy Aquatiq. He announced on LinkedIn he has relocated to Scotland to rejoin Mowi where he worked previously for 18 years.
Nolan worked for Aquatiq from July of 2017 through August. Prior to that role, he served as the general manager of sales, marketing and processing for Tasmania-based Huon Aquaculture.
