The Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) has appointed Nicole Condon as program director to lead its US operations, following the exit of longtime leader Eric Critchlow, who announced his retirement in June.

As US program director, Condon will oversee the fisheries, commercial, marketing and communications strategies of the group and look to develop opportunities for growth of the eco-label certification in the US market.

Condon brings a combined experience of almost 20 years in marine science, non-profit program management and seafood sustainability.
