Bigelow worked with Trident for nearly 25 years, eventually working as director of club store sales.

Bigelow relished the stimulating sales work at Trident Seafoods, but despite his demanding work schedule was close to his family, which included three sons and one daughter. He encouraged his children to participate in athletics and always attended their sporting events.

Bigelow is survived by his wife, Sandy; three sons, Brian, Darin and Eric; daughter Julie; sister Beverly Nitz; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held for Bigelow on April 9 at the Evergreen Community Church in Federal Way, Washington.
