Longtime Price Chopper supermarkets seafood executive Lee French has joined Chilean salmon supplier Multiexport Foods as its new national retail sales manager, according to an update of French's LinkedIn profile.
French led the US retailer's seafood seafood merchandising department for more than four decades, from 1975 - 2017.
More recently, he was senior vice president of national sales for Yankee Trade Seafood, a family-run, woman-owned seafood company based in Pembroke, Massachusetts.
Under his leadership, Price Chopper implemented a wide range of seafood sustainability and traceability initiatives.
