Land-based salmon farmer Atlantic Sapphire has replaced COO Dharma Rajeswaran with co-founder Bjorn-Vegard Lovik in an interim position as part of a restructuring of the organization to "improve transfer of information knowledge and accountability."

Rajeswaran will take on a new advisory role as chief of staff, said the company in a release. He will continue to work closely with group chairman and US CEO Johan Andreassen, with a stronger focus on the continued expansion plans in the United States, it said.
