Travis Riepenhoff, director of meat and seafood at retail giant Kroger and a longtime executive across several of the company's divisions, has moved to retailer Giant Eagle, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Riepenhoff was in charge of 17 divisions across the Kroger group in his director role, which he held for the past two years.

Prior to that, Riepenhoff served as district manager across 25 Kroger stores in the US state of Ohio.

Pennsylvania-based Giant Eagle has 480 stores, split roughly half between supermarkets under the banner Giant Eagle, Giant Eagle Express, Market District Express and convenience stores under the GetGo name. The group has a revenue of around $10 billion (€9.7 billion), according to Supermarket News.
