Judge denies former Bumble Bee CEO’s bid for reduced sentence because of 'extremely harsh' conditions

Chris Lischewski, who was sentenced to 40 months in prison in June, said he was denied food or fresh water for 24 hours, no bed for the first night, no outdoor time, and no communication with others.
