Icelandic startup Bifrost Foods is rolling out a novel take on the UK staple fish and chips -- dehydrated and bagged.

The company was founded by Icelandic entrepreneur Runar Omarsson, who has been working on bringing startup ideas to market in recent years.

As a part-time mountain bike guide, Omarsson had the idea of bringing along fish and chips as a snack while on his cross-country trips.

Each "Fish & Chips" bag comes with 30 grams of Icelandic-sourced dried cod fish and 70 grams of potato chips.
