Peter Hawkins, managing director of Iceland Seafood Barraclough, is to step down as the merger with Havelok sets to complete at the end of this year. The newly merged UK entity, Iceland Seafood UK, will be headed up by Havelok Managing Director Danny Burton.
All Iceland Seafood Barraclough's operations have been moved from its previous premises in Bradford to the new factory building in Grimsby on the former Five Star Fish site that Iceland Seafood International (ISI) acquired in March, with Havelok operations set to relocate to the new facility before the end of the year.
