Norwegian biotechnology firm Hofseth BioCare (HBC) is establishing a new subsidiary in Switzerland -- HBC Switzerland GmbH – and has appointed a new CEO to lead the division.
The company is hiring Tanja Schaffer as executive vice president for HBC's Global Ingredients division and as CEO of the new Swiss subsidiary.
The setup in Switzerland is in line with HBC's international strategy, with the country being widely recognized as a major biotech and life science hub, said Hofseth.
