Teresa Fernandez has been appointed aquaculture and fisheries manager at Hilton Seafood UK.
Fernandez has been with the company for 2.5 years as its aquaculture specialist and was previously a biologist at The Scottish Salmon Company, after working as a graduate at Dawnfresh Seafood.
Hilton Seafood UK, previously trading as Seachill, was acquired by Hilton Food Group in 2017.
