Seattle-based whitefish processing company Phoenix Processor Limited Partnership (PPLP) has named a new president and CEO.
Former VP and chief operating officer John Henderschedt, who joined the group in 2019, took over the position in January.
Henderschedt replaces Joe Bersch, who will step down from CEO but remain with the company as a senior advisor.
