French smoked salmon and value-added seafood processor Labeyrie Fine Foods has appointed Bertrand Delmas as chief human resources officer.

Delmas, who will be based in Paris, was previously employed as operational excellence officer at Buffalo Grill.

Prior to that, he was managing director and COO at Orangina Suntory for more than two years between 2018 and 2020 in Neuilly outside the French capital.

Delmas also headed international human resources operations for Suntory in London for four years and spent more than three years in a similar Paris-based role covering the Middle East and Africa.

He spent nearly two years in a prior senior human resources role at Unilever in Paris.
