Brent Casper has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the Fortune Fish & Gourmet's Minnesota and Missouri operations. Casper has been running the US seafood processor and distributor's Missouri operations for the last year and successfully integrated the Morey’s of Missouri, Seattle Fish of Missouri and EuroGourmet acquisitions into Fortune's operations.
