The Scottish Aquaculture Innovation Center (SAIC) named aquaculture consultant Sarah Riddle as director of business engagement in a bid to drive overall growth and innovation in the sector.
In her new role, Riddle will lead a program in support of SAIC's £10 million (€11 million/$12 million) Phase II strategy to drive innovation in small to medium size businesses as well as support the industry through the impact of coronavirus.
