Former Cermaq and Pharmaq CFO Tore Valderhaug has been elected to the board of Norwegian salmon farmer Nordlaks.
Valderhaug currently serves as a board member of Salmones Camanchaca, Lingalaks, Lumarine and ACD Pharmaceuticals.

Valderhaug was appointed CFO at Norwegian vaccine manufacturer Pharmaq in 2014, after announcing his departure from Norwegian salmon farmer Cermaq, where he was CFO from 2009.
The new board of Nordlaks now consists of chairman Bjordal and Deputy Chairman Inge Berg, together with board members Therese Steinum Berg, Robin Harald Berg and Valderhaug.
Valderhaug joins the Nordlaks board after Stein Valle passed away this autumn.
