Chris Lischewki, the former CEO of canned tuna giant Bumble Bee, is out of prison after serving a 40-month sentence for his role in a canned tuna price-fixing scandal that rocked the seafood industry several years ago, according to sources.

Lischewski quietly left prison late last year, sources told IntraFish, but his current business endeavors, and whether they include seafood, remain unclear.

Repeated attempts by IntraFish to reach Lischewski were unsuccessful.
